“Snazk Bites” a trending Salted Egg Snacks brand from Malaysia.
Start with real ingredients, naturally. Fresh salted egg yolks cured to the hue of golden sunlight with the combination of crispy crisp.
Then baked it into a lovely little cube form with sated egg topping– first the graininess of real salted eggs, followed by a hint of sweetness. Truly divine.

Was $5 now $2.50
RRP $6.95 according to here

They taste pretty good. You can get them at asian shops in Bankstown plaza for around $4-5.
There is also a spicy version which in my opinion taste better.

  • if only I can go to QV right now..

  • Salted egg 'flavoured' with no eggs in it?

The ingredients list says it has both salted egg yolk and salted egg powder in it.

      • Nice. Thanks mate

    Nothing beats Irvins.

    • Isnt that like $15 per bag though?

  • Um I haven't seen these snacks in my woolies, Which section do I find?

The Salted Egg aisle :D ..

      • fr tho, Asian/international aisle?

        • You’ll find it near the non and lightly salted egg snacks.

Saw them in Woolworths Carnegie Central (3163) as well, so might pop up in other locations as well.
They were at the end of an aisle, so might be a seasonal/weekly special buy type of thing.

Saw these in Sydney Auburn woolies for $2.50 also

Any chance someone might be kind enough to provide a pic of the nutritional values on the back?

  • I just bought this to try yesteday from Woolworths Livingston WA (6155) for $2.50 as well, looks like it is nationwide deals :)

  • They also had stock at Chadstone Safeway last night.

Also in SA. Probably a nation-wide deal.
Note, the images of the product on the package are deceptive.
Basically they are like filled wafer biscuits. No crunch sprinkles on outside.
Taste of the non-spicy one is perfectly nice though.

  • THanks OP, bought 10 from Woolies Chaddy

  • I was there and saw it, but there was no price tag :'( I thought it would be $7… so decided not to get.

I have bought them in the past from Colonial in Westfield Doncaster (VIC). The fist pack I got was very nice but the second pack I had a week later just seemed to be too powdery and gluggy. I definitely prefer the Irvins brand and the similar copycats. This is really just a flavoured wafer at the end of the day. Try it out and see if you like it. If so, then I recommend you try the more expensive real fish skin type products as your next stepping stone.

Got some, they taste pretty bad (very sweet with a distinct hint of a poorly replicated salted egg flavour), won't buy again!
