I have read of Tobydeals being hit and miss with getting your item delivered. I highly recommend not to buy from them, them will not respond to about 5 emails. The 2 emails I got are automated and exactly the same wording. Avoid the hassle and stress
Same Drama! Did 2 purchase and item stays as in processing for weeks despite 'in stock' advertised at time of purchase. Emails reply is standard BS waiting for item, please be patient…Cancelled both orders after 3 weeks of wait. Avoid them!

As great as the specs may be, android implementation for tablets is bad and full of bugs. While samsung made this look pretty with their One UI skin, I see no reason to update from my S4.

Terrible service. Very hard to get a response to messages and emails. Worth paying a few dollars more for local support.
I can't see how this is worth it when Toby's deals service totally sucks. Better buying via EPP access or waiting for local stock to go on special. Not worth giving up a 2 years warranty to save a few bucks.
Ozbargain needs to BAN this seller FOREVER, currently dealing with them for warranty claims since I got a faulty Insta360 One R camera (fogging inside the lenses while outdoor recording video without touching any water), they use "physical damage" as excuse to end the warranty, I only got the camera LESS THAN ONE MONTH!!! I will see if PAYPAL can solve this issue for me or not.

Don't trust TobyDeal AU. I bought a phone from them. They did very fast delivery, which is good. But their price is in AUD, but they charged me from international, then I was charged around $10 for international transaction fee.
Even The reps stay silence in any of negative comments about them in any oz bargain postings …. buyers beware !!!
