It’s complex to begin with but after a game or 2 you get the hang of it, and because you’re working with others to beat the virus, you can help your 6yo.
Collab games are good for that because you can help each other. We usually play this game hands open.
I don't really think so unfortunately.
they'll be able to participate, move around, remove cubes, etc, will they be able to internalise everything and come up with a good strategy for winning the game? Less likely, but they can grow into it.
I would probably recommend Forbidden Desert instead, same designer, better theme, smoother mechanics.
thanks mate. will look into it
Too soon
The irony of importing a game about Pandemics from the country with the most scrutinised COVID-19 saga…
Would be more ironic if there was some Covid on the board game that was shipped over.
Both the game and virus also originated from the same country.
The New Zealand version rules state to wait 3 minutes, then move to finish……. but where is the fun in that?
cheers been trying to figure out a good family board game for a while (at least one the older 2, 10 and 8 could play with us)
Thanks, missed out yesterday!
This is like playing "Risk" around dead bodies in 1940. They couldn't wait a few more years?
Do you reckon a 6+ years old would be able to understand the game?
