Are there actually any good deals? It's hard to find stuff because the Kogan first price doesn't appear until you click on the item.

Would be on Ruskybargain.com if that were true.
Don't support a company that profiteers from price jacking, grey market products, poor customer service, cheap rebranded products etc.
Respect your decision but I'm just here for getting stuff as cheap as possible
Meaning possible problems are no consideration at all? - with all the horror stories of Kogan after sales problems I think you need to specify yea or nay.
Also as others have said, title is misleading to get you reads - I was expecting a "product was (near) DOA post".
I contacted Kogan support for my Kogan mobile plan and I got onto them and problem resolved in 5 odd minutes. Obviously my one case isn't the whole story but it's been fine so far for me.
Silly mentality. You should get it from AliExpress then.

From your title I thought that it was only 1 day since you had a purchase issue and tried to contact customer service.

Watch the postage too. Signed up for the free trial, only to find my postcode is not included in the "free postage". There's a lot of areas not included.
Not sure if you got the 65” 4K TV for $499. They are now refunding $50 to those who bought the tv, because there was a price error saying $449 via SMS
