Not as cheap as it has been but if you need it now not a bad deal for an awesome monitor.

Personally waiting for it to go sub $550 again before pulling the trigger.

Personally waiting for it to go sub $550 again before pulling the trigger.

i'll echo the same sentiment as this

    • Good Friday will make me spend money if it brings this, hear us out Dell!

      • +3

        You're waiting till April?

        • +2

Good spot, hopefully it will be a good Black Friday.

  • +2

Man if only the $500 deal would come back. If i'd never seen that, i'd think this was a good deal for most people. Hard to recommend at this price though when its been $130 cheaper.

  • black friday november sale, if u can wait…

    • insert LiMaaa here …

  • the Xiaomi 34' cheaper than this $499.00

Its a VA panel though and curved utlrawide isn't most peoples cup of tea.

      • +1

+1 this. I thought I wouldn't notice the difference in colour vs IPS but I was soooo wrong. And also about the curved ultrawide - I hated it so I sold my Xiaomi Surface 4 days after using it.

        • Whyd u hate it? Out of curiosity

          • @Lance Miranda: Couldn't get used to UWQHD and the sharp curve. I've tried having the monitor close/far but still couldn't adapt. I've always felt dizzy after 45 minutes of use (I'm used to being in-front of a monitor 6+ hours straight).

It was under $600 last week but delivery times are very hit and miss at the moment.

    • Yep, I ordered one last week with a quoted 10 day delivery estimate. Got my confirmation later that night - with a 33 day delivery estimate! So thought I'd get it this week but won't be until mid December :(

  • I just noticed the number of 1 star ratings for this monitor on their site. Only one of those ratings actually has a review, what's up with that?

    • +5

Lots of people one star voted it because of order delays when it got ozbargained a few months ago.

    • +1

Many of the 1 star reviews were about shipping delays, not actual reviews of the monitor itself.

    • When I checked they've all been concerning postage delays and not about the quality of the monitor itself. I ordered in the last ~$550 deal and it arrived in about 3 days for me. Zero issues with the monitor for me, extremely happy with mine.

  • Is there a 32" version of this monitor?

    I already have a 27" 1440p @ 165hz monitor and am looking to upgrade.

    • +1

youre more likely to find a unicorn than an affordable 32" ips 1440p 120hz+ panel.

      • I heard unicorns are expensive

    • Acer i think just made one, it's expensive tho. I reckon they'll be a bit more common in a year or 2

  • Half the price of a used Apple 27" QHD display. And lets not talk about their current offering :-)

Looks pretty good. Needs proper calibration for content creation if you need accuracy though.

Ordered one of these a few days ago and just got notified that the order was not confirmed due to no stock. Yet there's another sale going on… what's going on dell?!

    • Business as usual.

    • Its not a sale its a site discount code

  • Don't forget the 3x monitor flickering problem !

    • Mine hasn’t flickered….yet

    • It was only 10-series Nvidia GPUs and it got fixed with a driver I believe

  • A lot of scalpers are selling at similar pricing on ebay.

  • Quick tip that I've seen refurbished models in the Outlet for $479 a few times, if anyone wants to camp for it. Hasn't reached 10 units for an ozb post (there were 7 or 8 from memory).

    • Quick tip comparison 2nd hand VS brand new.

      • Acknowledged, but some ozbargainers are happy for a good deal! Up to the individual and the price difference of $80-150, Dell refurbs have 3 year warranty as well.
