    anyone got any idea about the warranty? usually this type of laptop of HP is 3 years international warranty. Not sure how about this one.

    bought. too cheap to not buying. cheapest i can find is 2,499 with 3 years warranty and 4gb memory, vista business. But price almost doubled, with that amount, u should be able to do anything… +1

      This direct link seems to goto a C2D T7500 vPro version plus wireless N and more video RAM, i think that's a more expensive specs, also you cannot add to the cart :( but for home user, the C2D T9300 as used in the current macbook pro is a very good choice for the price, enjoy!

    Can't find anything on their site re shipping charges to country areas… or are there simply none but it is not overnight? This one seems to be a drop ship anyway so do they charge or is that automatically free?

      I suppose their delivery service isn't cheapest for big and bulky items
      $29.98 for all metro delivery zones.
      $49.98 for non metro / regional delivery zones.

    Is this deal still on? Tried adding the laptop to my cart from the direct link but it just went

      Since the one in OfficeWorks is XP pro, i believe it is a different specs than the HP link, here's what i found in StaticeICE for $1860 from Penta computer listing the exact same specs. The major differences are no built-in wireless N, and WinXP pro instead of Vista.

    I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday and she advised it takes 10 days deliver the orders (2) as notebooks are large items, lol.

      INHCN0424 (as opposed to INHCN0436, which I ordered) has an updated O/S; with the Vista Lic. But this does not justify the $1650 difference in the price tag!!

    It comes with XP Pro - Service Pack 2, no HDMI cable :( (as per HP site specs),

    1 x Power pack and cable,

    … and most importantly, no dud pixels!
