Current cheapest from what I've been able to find. A fine boot drive for most PC builds.

Note: TechPowerUp's review recommends updating this drive to the latest firmware for maximum performance.

  • Just bought this a few weeks ago from Shopping Express for $135 + 10$ delivery . Highly recommended.

  • $145 delivered from CentreCom if you can't pickup https://www.centrecom.com.au/kingston-1tb-a2000-sa2000m81000…

    • $135 delivered now.

  • i wouldn't trust this as a boot drive

Only if you have one of the few specific motherboards that have a conflict with it (seems to be related to the RGB controller IIRC). I'm running it as a boot drive with no problems, but I'm also not running xmas lights in my PC.

      • Apparently the RGB controller conflict issue has been resolved with the newer batches with their newer firmware

The new firmware has been out since the end of last year. This drive will come with the latest firmware. I bought one from Umart months ago and it came with the latest firmware.
