  Interesting for people to watch the iron, might be too low for some women. Iodine you can get cheaply from salt with iodine. Vitamin B is generally cheap and so is Vit D $16 for like 400 Cenovis tablets.

  Really is good for those who want one pill solves all. Having to help someone deal with their pregnancy, I have found it is rarely a case of one pill fits all.
