Any minimum spend required to use the $20/$30 voucher?

      • +20

No, that's the spend required to obtain the voucher. I was asking the spend required to use the voucher.

    • +2

Don't believe there's any min spends on the vouchers themselves, just the initial spend.

Is this "targeted"? I can't find this offer..

    • +3

I thought it might have been but received an email a few hours ago and received on a different email when this was posted. So I think they're still sending out emails but can update to be targeted if someone knows whether it is or not.

      • +2

Thanks OP, just saw it went to my spam folder.. All good!!

  • Does this mean when I get the $20/$30 voucher, that order has to be delivered too? Or can I pick it up?

    • +5

Nope, can be any method for the use of the voucher.

'Treat' coupon can be redeemed for dine in, at-table, pick up, phone orders and Grill'd Delivery.

      • Sweet, cheers mate.

  • doesn't seem like I have the email. possibly targeted?

  • +2

i went to use this, but delivery prices are now more expensive than pick up prices. I also checked an order i did when i paid for delivery ($7) and they were cheaper 3 weeks ago.

the credit deal is still good though

    • It says delivery is free until 6th December on my email…

      • +6

sorry, i wasnt clear. there is no delivery charge at the moment. But the price of an individual item is more expensive delivered than picked up. i.e. a burger is an extra $1.50 or so if it is delivered.

        • +1

Yeah I noticed the same burger is $13.90 for pick up and $15.90 for delivery at my local store.

Order 2 burgers and some chips and you are paying $5 or so for delivery in the marked up food prices.

          • +1

@hamza23: its pretty dissappointing from them. i was previously happy that their pick and delivery prices were the same, that way the delivery fee is transparent. effectively no discount in regards to delivery im this deal

    • +2

this is hugely disappointing. why offer free delivery and jack your menu prices

I keep trying to enter an address for delivery and get the error "Undefined offset: 0". Very frustrating. I get the same error for anyone on my Street, in Adelaide or even in Melbourne.

    • This has happened to me every time I try to place an order too.

  • I didn't get the email but signed in, ordered and was offered the promo with free delivery. 2xburgs and large chips was $41. Also had a relish reward for 6 pieces of chicken shrugs so I accepted that too haha

    • The new ribs look okay I might give them a go ☺️

    • I only got an email after the order for 'free snack chips' at this stage.

      • It's a new item for $33.90.

For some reason Grill'd partnered with DoorDash. Tried the DD app once and the delivery experience was awful compared with UberEats.
Also too bad they only give you a discount on your next order

I think this is a good offer but my recent experiences have been poor (both in terms of food and service). Does anyone think this chain/franchise has gone down hill.

It was initially quite expensive to eat compared to local joints and I felt super guilty when I was there as apparently they underpaid their workers.

  • +1

Got the email too. A bit hard to spend $40 just for two though.

    • +1

2 burgers and share a large chips for $41

  • Not as good as I thought , spend $40, 2 burgers and large chips, $20 free, a burger and chips.. so basically a free burger with chips.

    • As someone said up, we had a bad experience with delivery, It was delivered after 40 mins the food was ready — and grill‘d is 3 minutes drive from us. The burgers and chips were soggy and drinks were boiling hot, I guess they kept the bag in a warm to tray to keep it warm but they kept the drinks there too. So it really doesn’t matter if you get around 50% back if the actual order is in such a state. We did contact them but they didn’t even bother to answer. All in all, very bad experience.

P.S: I had voted up before, and it won’t let me switch to neg

    • Does the coupon have to be used for delivery order? Or can we use it in store to avoid the jacked up prices?

      Never mind. Just saw this
