      I'm wondering can you use this with the 20% off staff discount for macs this Thursday and Friday and still get this?

      $879 for a Macbook Air and a free Ipod Touch? Wouldn't mind that.

          I had read somewhere that even when the 10% off is not on you can walk instore and ask for it and they generally do it.

          I can't speak on behalf of every DSE store but at least in my store we would do 10% off for the vast majority people that walked in the door. It generally depends on weekly margins and sales.

          My manager said it is either/or when it comes to the 20% staff discount and ipod touch. You can't have both.

          And to clarify for all those reading, the 20% off is only for selected lines — the entry level model for each size MBA and iMac. All other models are just 10% off, along with everything store wise excluding the usual giftcards etc

          That would be correct. Unless you know someone who works for any woolworths owned store, that has a staff discount card and is willing to buy what you want in person, there is no way to get the 20% off as the discount is only applied once the staff card ia scanned.

    Hey guys,

    I just bought a 13" MBA today with my staff discount in Perth and just to let you know, the city store WILL give you a free iPod touch with your discounted Macbook- but not shops like Innaloo etc.

    So if you're going to get a Macbook in the staff sale, make sure to get it from the Perth store on William street- even if they're out of stock, you can pay for it there and take the iPod touch and collect the machine later.
