The difference is I can go into a store of Dan's and pick something out that isn't a mystery and know roughly what I'm buying. Their delivery system may need improvement but their physical stores are more than enough.
If we aren't happy with an online only store then based off the reviews you're short of luck.
Also, it reflects quite poorly on you/the business to deflect blame to another company's poor service when there are negative comments about yours. Try to reason why you're a good company rather than bringing other ones into it.
We're sorry to read that you misunderstood the above message. The reason why we compared our reviews on that site to others is because these are not representative or determine the quality of the products that companies sell or the service they provide. So if you've never been to any of the stores or live close to buy in person you wouldn't know what you're really missing out on.
