Xplorer Collapsible Wagon 100kg Capacity $79.99 @ Autobarn

170

COLLAPSIBLE WAGON 100KG CAPACITY @ $79.99 (comparison or last price unknown but likely $150+ as a wild guess)

Looks the same as the Wanderer Beach Cart below (except colour and wheels) which I regret missing out.

Bought one 2 years ago and had them returned after summer. The thing simply disassemble itself by losing every support screw on the front. I paid 60.

You can get a very similar one from Kmart for about $50

I have the Kmart one (deluxe one with roof). I just drive the bcf one yesterday which looks identical to this one at autobarn. Can confirm the autobarn/bcf one drives way better. But the Kmart one has a whole zip up section at the back instead of the 2 drink holders at the front.

      • Does the Kmart one have rubber / pneumatic tyres or plastic hard tyres? I can't tell from the picture.

    • i can't find it when i search. could you please post a link?

Its $49 and looks same quality.. Kmart also do 60 day returns so no harm getting one trying it for a few weeks and deciding if its worth keeping

No deal unless they have free mask with purchase for the Northern Beaches!

Is this meant to be funny?

      • -1

Masks have not been made mandatory by the NSW govt. Someone should take a stand.

        • Have now..Aunty Glad did…

  • Um.. clearly not the same as the BCF one.

Whether there is any practical difference.. no idea. Other than the first comment in this thread.

  • BCF also has a quad-fold wagon cart. Is this better than the Autobahn one?

    • its also $120.. for something that looks like it should cost $30 .. jeez

      • Yeah, these things seem flimsy. At least they are rated to about 100kg though

the kmart one for $49 looks like its just as good

        • yeh, the extra 50kg will come in handy when dragging a body out to dump into the sea lol

          • @Gavman: Hahaha! I wonder whether any one has converted these into electric beach go-karts

            • @ChatGPT-4: Not sure how u get 100KG limit tho.. looks to built with same materials

  • good timing there is one at bunnings i was planning to get today for $89 https://www.bunnings.com.au/saxon-steel-mesh-garden-cart_p33…. is this autobarn one the same?

    • Absolutely not. Bunnings one is not portable.

      • oh i see the autobahn one folds where as the bunnings one comes apart.
i think i like the tires better on the bunnings one, the autobaun one and the bcf one have plastic tires as far as i can tell.

If you actually want this for the beach, to go over soft sand, the wide wheels on this style are needed. Skinny wheels on many other models (including K-Mart one) will bog easy.

Bought the Adventure Kings branded one from 4WD Super Centre on eBay a few weeks back for $99 delivered. This looks it came from the same Chinese factory.

  • I bought the BCF one and will be returning it. the thing should make the trip on sand easier but i found it much easier to carry my stuff on me than drag the wagon.
