Zen Space Desks - anyone received order?

Just wondering if anyone has received their desk from the recent ZEN space Desks deal around Black Friday.
Spoke to them and they don't seem to want to provide a date or any timeline for my desk. But were happy to take my money over a month ago.

    If you're giving them opportunities and they're not providing satisfactory responses, then suggest the cancellation of the order and/or a chargeback. That should get their attention.

    But do keep in mind that if you're asking now (ie, during this break season), it's possible that they're short-staffed so take that into consideration (even though you shouldn't have to).

  • Call them you want to cancel and refund or do a chargeback if they're not honouring their shipping policy.
    If they're really short-staffed due to COVID and thus having longer dispatch/delivery, they should've updated their policy or given you a notice.
    There is clearly no plan for customer service and they just want your money.
    It's over 20+ business days since Black Friday and you could've gotten one from China.
    You should've started the chargeback or PayPal dispute two weeks ago. Do it now.

    • A policy stands at the time of order. A company can't change it's policy after an order and make that new policy retrospective.

      • They could give some more information though.

        • Of course. I was commenting on your statement where you said they should change their policy and how that relates to your order.

    And if yes, how is it?

    • its good - if you've found a good deal on it - you should get it

      easy to setup - probably better to have 2 people because its pretty heavy.

      Have had no issues with it.
