15% better in performance to noise ratio, FUMA2 has reached itself to next level. Dual heatsinks and fans accelerate and enhance heat dissipation for top-tier performance. 6 x 6mm heatpipes and copper plate base ensure heat from CPU and drop temps. Ideal for mainstream, gaming PC, even overclocking with high TDP processor(9900k, 9700k, 9600k,3700x, 3800x, 3900x, 3950x).

Asymmetrical design allows unrestricted use of any front RAM slot, and cut-out fin design gives clearance(55mm) of rear RAM slot(LGA2011/2066). Standing only 155mm tall, the cooler fits most PC case on the market.

Using Kaze Flex 120mm quiet fan(Fluid Dynamic Bearing), FUMA2 use two different thickness(25mm & 15mm) PWM fans rotating in opposite direction. This generates higher static pressure as well as stable airflow thus pushing cooling performance to maximum while keeping silent operation. Addition fan clips is included to add 3rd fan.

Premium HPMS III is easy-to-install and secure for socket INTEL LGA 775, 1150/1151/1155/1156, 1200, 1366, 2011(V3)Square ILM, 2066 Square ILM & AMD AM2(+), AM3(+), AM4, FM1, FM2(+). This mounting system gives precise contact pressure to CPU and support most popular sockets and motherboards on the market.

Product dimension: (W)137 x (D)131 x (H)154.5mm, Weight: 1000g. Included thermal compound paste and Y fan cable for installing both fans on one CPU fan header.

  • I've heard this one is compared with NOCTUA u12a. So this one seems kinda beyond d15 or deepcool assassin iii at the same price range (aprprox $118)

This cooler works perfectly for NR200. Was about to buy from Quiet PC the other day for $160, thanks OP.

    • 0.5mm clearance? touches the glass if you have the NR200P according to https://www.reddit.com/r/sffpc/comments/ib6xqn/nr200p_with_s…

      • Watch Optimum Tech's video. Official clearance ratings have a bit of give to them. Works perfectly with NR200, not P as I said above. Check SFFPC subreddit if you want confirmation.

There is an issue of top clearance i. The NR200 with Gigabyte b450 and b550 motherboards as the socket is slightly higher on the board than ASUS, MSI, etc.

          • @mattomatic: Ah thanks for the info. I am using Gigabyte B550I Aorus and NR200. Hopefully I won't have any issues.

            • @reloxation: Found out myself the hard way. Waiting on an ID Cooling se 224 xt to replace it. :)

              • @mattomatic: What mobo are you using? NR200 or NR200P?

                • @reloxation: Mobo is Gigabyte b450 Auros pro wifi (b550 has same higher socket position).

                  Case is the NR200.

The Scythe can fit in the NR200 as long as you remove the rear top fan. The problem is that due to the way the fans fit into the top panel, you can't (unless you mod it, which I don't feel comfortable doing) replace it with a low profile fan.

              • @mattomatic: It's only an issue on the glass panel right? The mesh panel fits fine without modification?

                • @fufufu: Side clearance is only an issue for the glass panel. According to the reddit sffpc forums you can possibly get around this using shorter motherboard standoffs. I only have the NR200 (I'm too cheap to pay $50 for a glass panel) so I can't confirm it.

            • @reloxation: I'm currently running a gigabyte b550i and NR200 with fuma2 and there clearance is somewhat avoidable. If you're running 2x 25mm fans on top, you'll need to bend the fan clips on the fuma2 so they will fit, once you've bent it correctly, it fits perfectly.

              • @ChatGPT: Thanks for that. I'll be running Arctic P12s, so maybe I'll have to get some slim ones too or bend the fins as you said. Cheers

            • @reloxation: I have the same combo. You'll need a slim fan above the CPU cooler, and it clears the side fine with mesh panel (1-2mm gap with glass panel if NR200P). Can share more info if helpful. Edit: I wasn't brave enough to bend fans and wanted good airflow. I've only seen bent fans with Asus boards. Guessing a major bend with Gigabyte (comment above)?

depending on motherboard, using shorter motherboard standoffs will let it fit in the nr200p

but yes, out of the box the fuma 2 won't fit the nr200p

        • I've got the fuma fitted into the nr200p with the standard standoffs, the glass panel just touches cooler. M/b is a gigabyte b450i.

          • @vinsanity: How did you get past the issue of top clearance? Did you leave the top rear fan socket empty?

            • @mattomatic: Does it matter which way the cooler is oriented?

              • @Autonomic: Possibly. I flipped the Fuma in order to get rear intake to maximize fresh air to the CPU.

            • @mattomatic: I swapped the regular sized 120mm fan with the slim fan from the cooler.

      • I've used smaller standoffs and it fits perfectly in the nr200p without hitting the glass panel. The stock nr200 standoffs are quite big, had some other standoffs laying around from an old pc which did the trick.

        • what mobo do you have? was there any issue with the cut out in the case?

  • great heavy metal

  • Bought this cooler to replaced my stock 3700x cooler, the difference is day and night. not only it runs cooler, but so much quieter and it’s basically silent as I put my case under the desk. It fits my mid ATX tower . Highly recommended, the only down side is delivery is a bit slow i waited one month for this

    • Does it cover any of your RAM sticks? Had planned to get a Dark Rock 4 but this is tempting.

      • On a Gigabyte B550i ITX board, it's perfectly beside them. I use rear exhaust. If you rotate the cooler for rear intake there is a cutout for RAM, but it will cover it. Fuma 2 is a big a$$ cooler but extremely quiet and cool.

  • Is this better than the dark rock pro 4? Wondering if I should cancel my order for dark rock pro 4 which I was able to get for $102 delivered using an ebay voucher.

Edit : Returning the eBay order might mean I could put to use my $50 eBay voucher towards another component like the case or CPU. I plan to use Meshify C case and Ryzen 5800x

    • If it helps, I tried to cancel an order I had on ebay when I used the $50 voucher. Wasted an hour with a chat agent and their manager about why they wouldn't refund it (they gave very weak answers) and I gave up and made another purchase. 1-hour later automated refund of the voucher so the chat and call info was BS. No promises from me, but they'll say no refunds, then one may turn up anyway.

      • I'll check with eBay support first. Don't want to take the risk. On another note, I realised that computer parts on eBay are often listed at $20-$30 higher than the price listed on the same seller's website. I guess this is to compensate the "free shipping". Since eBay has the best price guarantee, I am also thinking of asking eBay support if they can refund the difference. Their terms do state it'll be only another eBay voucher. Now that I think of it, I increasingly find it more pleasant to shop on Amazon instead.

        • Support is terrible from them, but I've made great value from the membership. Their support staff will always make something cautious up when they don't know the answer and I suspect you'll get the same when you check with them. Reality is that you'll probably get it back automatically. Definitely pays to do the shopping around on prices. Assuming you already know PC Part Picker AU and StaticIce AU for comparisons?

          • @TheLurker: To be honest, haven't spent much time checking PC part picker or Staticice. Mainly been relying on good old google and manually searching amazon/eBay. Had to use my voucher before 28th so just went ahead and pulled the trigger on dark rock pro 4 for $102 incl shipping after voucher. Couldn't find it at that price anywhere else anyway so still a steal although probably not the best use of that $50 voucher. Kind of regretting getting eBay plus but will see what other deals come by. Amazon prime has given me more value in my opinion.

            • +1

@S2200: I love the fuma 2, but the dark rock is still a great cooler in all reviews. I nearly bought it myself. It's ebay plus, so free returns if unused. Don't need to rush the decision, and on ebay plus, at minimum you are already up $1, and getting free express shipping, monthly $5 credits discount codes, etc. I think their service is poor, you need to do your own price research, but you're not losing out on either

  • Took my i7-7700k from 99 degrees (65W stock intel cooler) to 62 degrees under load. Scythe support is also great.

  • Just got a notification that mine has shipped already. Arrival on 23rd of Jan. Looks like they got stock early.

    • Yes, mine too, sadly, I've discovered it will not fit my case, so I will have to sell it.

      • where will you be selling
dont think mine will come in time

        • Sydney, the parcel is already in Australia, so I should get it soon.

    • when did you order?

  • This or Noctua D15?

    • Not really a dilemma. Noctua every time.
