    If you have no plans to sell, rent or do major renovations you still have quite some time though.

  • Ummm… a twin pack of photoelectric smoke alarms are $20 @ bunnings

    • the reviews for Fire Pro branded ones put me off and I have had Family First in the past without issues
      As for financially, YMMV but it would cost me near on $10 to do a round trip to closest big green shed
      .
