Lead Management Software

Hi All

I am looking for a super simple software (free or paid) to manage leads enquiries for a small business.

Currently we are just using an excel sheet to track when people call/ email/ online enquire, and don't really have much flexibility or power in it. Also a lot of double entry if the info comes in from our website or email.

We don't need anything powerful like Saleforce to track people through to sales as it is more of a consulting business. Really just need a way to track leads in a central area, and possibly have an option to link it to an online contact form from something like Wordpress if possible.

    Google "opensource CRM" and start reading.
    You may need to get professional support to implement a DR and backup strategy for your small business as I suspect you may not have one.

    Hubspot is fairly cheap and easy for small businesses, but gets costly if you get big.
    It does pretty much everything sales force does, though with not as much sophistication, and with less of the flexibility to build business applications.

    I’ve used both and would suggest hubspot is less fuss and better.

      You might be able to get away with a cheap and cheerful alternative.

      Hubspot has a free CRM and then you pay for the sales + marketing component. It is pretty good! I would also suggest Hubspot.

    The free one comes with 1 webform where you can put it in your site.
    It has its own VOIP product or PBX integration with popular PBX.
