Domino's - Now Charging for Half and Half Pizza?

I just tried the trick of turning a traditional pizza into a premium pizza by selecting 'Half & Half' and then choosing Premium for both sides. They added a $2 surcharge. :(

    Yes the free option of half and half is no longer free. I am sure they have hooked a lot of people like me.
