    Which would one choose from this drive or Kingston A2000 ?
    Main use would be OS plus various basic everyday programs though nothing to intensive. no games which would be on another larger sata ssd.

    • Just get whatever is cheaper. I doubt you'd see a difference since as you say you're not doing anything too intensive with it.

      I got a sn550 which at the time was cheaper than the a2000 and ive had no problems

        from my understanding
        Kingston A2000 has DRam cache while SN550 is DRamless

        In long run seems better to get a SSD with DRam

  • Was thinking similar just get what's cheapest, then noticed the A2000 is $138 delivered from Centrecom.

    Then I read a chart, think it was on Reddit, that's ranking the A2000 higher due to the controller and dram..
