    No. The Officeworks one is a magnet to put on metallic surface. This item here has an adhesive to stick to any surface.

    Very different product. That is a single-stick sheet with glue backing. The one OP posted is probably static electricity adhesive so can be moved many times. There are re-usable whiteboard sheets I use for workshops that are similar. Not at all cheap, but a lot more material than in this item list. 8 x 4"x4" doesn't get far.
