Portable Air Conditioners

Any ideas on the best value for money Portable Air Conditioner?

I'm heading towards the Kogan one, but have no idea if it's value for money. I had a quick look for reviews and found nothing.

I have a basic Arlec 10000 BTU air conditioner which does a pretty fine job of keeping my small bedroom cool. Not exactly the quietest unit though. Only cost me $260 from Bunning's Warehouse last year.
