Will it actually pay as $30? I signed up 2 friends on black Friday with an increased bonus and in both cases only $5 was credited.
I signed up a couple of people a few days ago and both are showing as $30.
Hopefully that is what is eventually paid.
Talk to the company? I've personally had some good customer service from Shopback earlier this year, about transactions that I did back at Black Friday time.
Had a look at your account based on your details you shot through a while back - you would be referring to Black Friday 2019 when we ran a $15 bonus offer. We only see that you referred 1 friend during this period.
Back in 2019 the referral bonus operations were different where you'd get the $5 initially and then the remaining difference at a later date if the friend had made an eligible purchase by a particular date. Confirming here you had the $10 difference issued at the end of January 2020.

For the “final order value”, is it GST inclusive? Say min $18.18 + $1.82GST?
I used invited friend last Chrismas for $25，but after my friend registered, I didn't see the $25 at all, there is a $5 in my friend's account, and email their customer service, still wait for their investigation.
Should I refer people to Cashrewards instead since it has been more than 2 weeks and you guys still haven't fixed the missing cashbacks and bonus at all, not happy at all.
Let's hope CR increases theirs as well.

Shopback never gave me my 45% shopback when i purchased hosting for a couple hundred dollars recently. They pay the small stuff but not the big stuff from my experience. Boo to shopback.
Has SB changed the referral scheme? The last time I enquired why I haven’t received my referral bonus it was because instead of my referral having to spend $20 they had to have confirmed cashback accumulated in their account of $20. This was so confusing as I didn’t recall that being the condition at the start. I still haven’t been able to use any of my cash backs since i started over 1 year ago. Spent close to $100 already. Most of it is still in pending and only $1.63 for the available balance. I’m not sure when they’re going to move my $60+ pending earnings into available bal. It really seems like too much of a hassle and I’m not really getting anything out of it!
