I purchased a Ouffer Gift Card last year, l was not able to redeem it when l purchase something the other day, it put me to paypal straight away when l check out, l tried the redemption on paypal page but no good and there is no where else you can put in the code.
Anyone know the procedure to use these card??

Unfortunately,the concerned government regulatory authorities are to blame as they are used to "bolt the dorr after the horse(these cheats) have escaped and made their kill"do not buy or accept any coupons or gift cards as these all are ripp off.The law is that anything bought ,including coupons and gift cards,by paying money remains your money until the seller has paid you back,in kind or refund.There is no way they can forfeit your money.Whenever,any such incident happen shoot of complaint to accc,fairtrade depatt, and asic as these authorities are the one to deal with the matter and they do not wake up until shaken up.
A few things you will notice about "ouffer"
They have a website "www.Ouffer.Com" through which they collect money and which is owned by a foreign company "ouffer inc.And so autralian business is registered as branch of a foreign company with arbn number(check www.Asic.Gov.Au).You will also find another company by similar name"ouffer australia pty ltd which is registered as australain company but with control vesting with foreign company(a subsidiary of foreign company).So easy way to divert funds to foreign accounts.
The basis of these mafia groupies business are same as old story "monkey dividing bread between 2 finghting cats over a loaf of bread."they make their kill while buyers and suppliers turnwise pay for their comforts.Best way is not to be tempted as you will be only poorer in this game.
Another dodgy company is "living social(should be anti-social) which also is foreign company but not even registered accept through an abn number which also is owned by "jump on it" but whole business is done in the name and style of "living social"the story is never ending and goes on and you will find every day new groupies(like bikies) are in the market to make fun with your money…."
OP - you have to visit www.ouffer.com/giftcard and redeem the card there. Then, I think, the money goes into your a/c.
I have 4 and tried to do it. It doesn't work. They told me I have to scan and email them copies of the gift cards, even though the only thing on the card is the redemption code from voucher that is on their website. I still need to do that so thanks for the reminder. I am extremely unhappy about their process.
