  • After apply the code, it only have the charger gift but not the free shipping? How does this work??

    • Free shipping only applies when you pay via paypal. The shipping cost should appear as zero after you log on to paypal and review your information, it will then direct you back to the site to confirm your order. Should look something like this:

      Payment Method
      PayPal

      Sub-Total: $129.80
      Victoria Shipping (): $0.00
      Total (inc GST): $129.80

  • Bit bloody expensive for the low storage capacity.

    • 2.5" always cost higher then the bigger one

    • $130 delivered for 320GB 2.5" pocket drive + freebies….
Sounds like a very good price!

    • joblo911: "Bit bloody expensive for the low storage capacity."

You serious?!?!? You can't find a cheaper 2.5" drive that uses USB only 320GB… Do some research. This is not a 3.5" drive that has to be plugged into the wall for power. Of course you can get those fat bricks cheaper.

This fits in your pocket and uses only the USB cable.

I'd like to see you find a cheaper one.

EDIT: Actually I'm reading all of your other posts joblo911 and it seems like you're a random hater… It's you against the world buddy. And there's a lot more of the world than there is of you.

joblo911: "The more warranty the company has, the more they don't trust their own product"

I work in retail sales. Why would a company, knowing that their product wouldn't last long enough, set up a fix it for free (or replacement) program for an extra long period of time and lose money???

The simple answer is because they are so confident that their product will not need fixing or replacement for such a long time.

They do a lot of calculated economic research to come up with a warranty length period for each of their products…

Sorry about the elongated EDIT and slight tangent - but I just want to make sure people are reading genuine comments on this site - otherwise it would be a useless resource. (I am in no way affiliated with this HDD deal)

  • Another negative vote from this guy here

joblo911: "Get a decent WD instead for less at MSY rather than this noname rubbish which the heads will crash in a few short years."

Even after pointing out by another member that the drives used inside were in fact WD drives he still kept the negative vote.

    Because he "likes his -ve"

Way to ruin a site that people hope to find clear honest opinion on, so they can make educated purchases.

    • So is this what an "Internet Troll" looks like???

Never anything +ve to say, but looks for every opportunity to criticize & cause ill feeling.

Nothing better to do with his time than to lower the tone of this community.

I think I've run into his ilk provoking road rage, and barging into queues at bars.

  • joblo911 heh?.. many times scotty had to be involved in 'editing' his hate comments and revoking his neg- vote.. maybe some timely reminder to clean up some 'bad users'..

    • Yes I have been editing his comments that contain personal attacks — I guess meaningless attack on the products is one thing, but attack on other members is another. We currently do not have a user rating system (which would tie into ability to do things, like low aura = unable to vote), but it's planned. Meanwhile I think I'll just send him an email…

  • elcheapo, saw your comment last night regarding shipping + bonus. Its working for other users - did you end up going through checkout properly in the end?
