[macOS] FlagTimes - World Clock Application, Free for Limited Time

240

Was working for cross-region company and got use to an tiny App that can handily display multiple times from different time-zones (a nice country flag followed by the time) in the macOS menu bar. Today when I tried to reinstall it on another Mac, following filling of email, then country of Australia with post code, it prompts for FREE for "lock down". Not sure how long has it been and will it last for. Grab one if you need. Although free you still get an activation code sent to the email you typed.

p.s. Apple Silicon users head up: it does not support M1 (Arm64) architecture yet, but it does run smoothly through translation using Rosetta 2.

Hit the "Download DMG" rather than AppStore link as I encountered "app not existed in the AppStore" and manual download was where it offered it for free for me. Saved a fiver. Thanks to the developer.

Thanks OP for writing this and making it free.
I can see the advantage of seeing time/timezones of other cites instantly in the menubar, but my menubar's getting full and I don't need to worry about other times too often (I'm working with international colleagues too - small spelling mistake on your website). For my workflow, I just add additional WorldClock widgets into my Notifications - not instantly visible, but just one click away.

    (being positive) - thanks again!

  • It says it's not available in my region after connection to the Aussie iTunes Store. I am in Australia…

    • Hit the "Download DMG" and you will be able to install manually from the dmg installer.

  • Works great - I can remove the Chrome addon that does the same in my Chrome status bar now.
