Yeah, hard to get good ones anymore. Not too long ago, vodka.com was sold for a few mil. Imagine that, that guy probably paid $10 or so for it a while back ;)
Quite a few registrars are also offering 99 US cents for 1 year .info registration. For example EstDomains is offering 99 cents for 1 year rego on both .info and .org, without the ICANN charge.
They are just way too cheap not to have some :)
Although getting a good .info domain is pretty hard (not as hard as a .com though).
