Great price! Good find OP :)

  • Thanks OP.. got one

  • Bought from the same seller (amazon uk) last week at $149.

    • +1

      Should i say unacceptable?

    • Unacceptable, return and buy this.

      • +2

        Really? Then it’s Acceptable!

        • +1

Yes, do it for the team :)

  • Casio G-Shock GA-2100-1A1ER vs Casio G-Shock GA-2100-1A1 - what's the difference beside the "ER" at the end of the model name?

    • ER is the Euro model I believe, which includes Multi Band 6, aka atomic time sync.

      • It's not, none of the GA-2100s have Multi Band 6/Atomic Time Keeping, otherwise they'd easily be more than double this cost.

The 2 or 3 character suffixes after the model number on most Casio watches indicate which colour variation the model is, for example:

        • GA-2100-1A (All Black)
        • GA-2100-1A1 (Black with White Indices)
        • GA-2100-4A (Red)

See this page for confirmation (switch between the different colours under the Color Variations heading and you'll see the model number changes accordingly).

The stealth looks great. But ff I had my chance again, I'd get the standard black case with white indices. The black on black is quite hard to read.

  • +1

Thanks OP for the awesome share. The all black style on this watch is my favourite.

    • +4

Read above you. Hard to read

      • +1

Thanks for the heads up. I have owned a similar styled watch so I am aware of this.

  • What does 'casioak' refer to?

    • +2

Just a nickname given to this watch, as the shape of it resembles the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak

      • and people who buy this watch nickname it 'Royal Oasio'

      • -2

That's like….an MS paint version right or are my eyes playing tricks?

    • +3

This can be customised to make the look similar to the almost $35k Audemars Piguet Royal Oak watch. Hence the name.
      Customisation kits available online.

      • +1

Wow, thanks didn’t know about the customisation kits etc. Do you got any links?

        • +1

Plenty on Aliexpress just search for "casioak"

        • Don't bother, Casio is releasing multiple stainless steel versions of the GA-2100s in August.

          The GM-2100 series.

It'll work out a lot cheaper than trying to mod it yourself as the higher-quality stainless steel kits for the GA-2100s are easily $200 AUD or more on their own.

          • @Gnostikos: Drool!

            • @pufffdragon: What store would be best to purchase the GM-2100 in Australia?

              • @Cavalier1606: If you want cheap, I'd avoid buying in Australia. All the major shops here have it $250+ for this watch. Not sure if there are any online stores based here that would have it under $150.

    • +2

It sorta resembles a Audemars Piguet Royal Oak.

  • Nice one. Paid over 150 with delivery about a month ago.

    Steal at this price.

  • Anyone know if this has stopwatch function?

    • +1

Black silicone strap with silver pin buckle
Black plastic case with rubber coating, a diameter of 45 mm, grey hands and black indices
Digital date display, stopwatch function, countdown timer, automatic calendar with date and day of the week
The watch has a water resistance of 20 bar (the watch is suitable for snorkelling and device-free free diving at low depth)
The analogue digital watch is powered by a Japanese quartz movement

  • Do you get used to reading the time with black on black colour? How is it during the night telling the time?

    • It's OK - there is lume on the hands but it's not the greatest. Otherwise there's a backlight that you can activate to light up the LED screen (bottom-right) bit of the dial

    • +2

lol nope. Horrible readability. Really faint lume too, but then again i didn't get this watch to be able to read it in the dark.

  • Price gone back up now $226.25, game over.

  • -6

No Bluetooth or GPS. Waiting for discount on gw-b5600.

  • Damn! That was cheap!
Good find OP and good job to anyone that managed to pick one up!

  • i been trying to get this forever :(

  • Noo missed out!

  • +2

Not as good as OP, can get it here for $135.71 + Delivery, few colors available.

And a 5% discount code if you sign up to their newsletter.

    • +1

they have the mini casioaks at the same price, too

    • Anyone have experience from this store (postage time, quality of watch)? I really want to get it from here but their reviews are half-half, some are great some are horrible.

      • +1

I got my watch in 3 weeks. They're legit but the packing of the watches isn't too great. And I got a manual for a nautica watch with my g shock for some reason

      • +1

Mine took about 3wks to arrive also. Had no issues. Mine was boxed and packed well. It came in original packaging, with the casio watch tin. The watch is legit and in brand new condition.
It came with a tracking number, but it never updated. It showed it was send out though. That's it. Overall a pretty good experience.

      • +2

Just an update: I got the watch within about 3 weeks too and I'm bloody happy with the watch! Packing wise I'd give 4.5/5 only because it seemed they placed the warranty sticker on the Casio warranty card then ripped it off and put it back on again - it would've been wise to just re print another one. Overall, I'm lovin' it and thanks again for the help everyone.

  • Thanks OP, grabbed one just in time.

  • The least legible of the GA-2100s. Good price though!

  • Back in stock for $149. For those missed the deal, keep an eye as the price might drop again!
