I haven't looked into the reasons for my case yet, but having moved from a no-frills Simpson (with agitator) to a fancy LG (no agitator) I found the clothes get tangled more often.
The top loader I've got (Aldi Stirling) has no agitator and twists the hell out of the washing. I'm looking for a top loader, but wouldn't buy a non-ag machine again.
I have had an LG machine for 12 years with no agitator. I have always found it cleans well.
Weird question but do you have any plans on bringing back the Appliances Online blimp? I use to love seeing it flying around melb back in 2015 but they got rid of it :(
