My take: first experience of the website is awesome. I quickly checked my cat's favorite foods and they seem about 10% higher than my regular go-to shop PetCircle. But PetCulture seem to offer paid tiered memberships with added advantages which would suit some of you.

In any case 5000 points is $25 off $50 spend, so even with non-paid "Bronze" membership (auto tier when you sign-up) you should be able to find something that will be cheaper than the rest of the market after the discount.

  • I just put that into my junk folder, but looking at it it's a pretty good deal. As long as the petculture products are pet food, as we don't really but the cat anything else.. (she's a c*#t) lol.

    Don’t even try it. It lists things without GST and the price seems fine with first order 20% off site-wide. After plus the shipping and GST when checkout, the price is gone like hell. The site itself is buggy like hell as well.

    • Just placed my first order for $60ish. The amounts were all as per advertised - including gst. Free delivery for over $49 for metro. Got one month free silver membership as well (for $50 or more order per month to renew automatically) which will take 10% off my next order next month.
      I’d say my experience was the best in any pet shop we have here. With additional 10% off for next shops the prices will drop to same as petcircle but here with added benefits.

    Just received the order i made on 11th night - that was pretty fast delivery (less than 48 hours).
    The box was neat - it has designs to cut out and make the box a cat hideout - although not a big deal it was very thoughtful.

  • Anyone has login problem?

    I created an account when they had the 20% off launch campaign. Never ordered anything because after signed up, I logged in multiple times and always got “Invalid email or password”. My password is saved in the browser when I signed up - it’s impossible to get it wrong.

    Tried again today, same message, agreed to reset my password - the e-mail never came. I have looked in the junk mail. So I created a new account, and once again, encountered the dreadful “Invalid email or password”.

    Surely this is not just me????

    edit: I found it, you add code at the checkout page not the sign up page.

  • Anyone received their bonus points?

    Mine is still not received more than 14 business days laters. Messaged them, and they said takes another up to 21 business days to reflect in EDR account… not sure how true that is.

    • have you checked the "activity" tab on the app? Mine doesnt show points added to total but on activity it shows +5000 on 25th Aug (exactly 14 days after eligible purchase).

      • I did, and nothing showing up unfortunately.

        Base spend points always showed up immediately.

    My 5,000 points showed up today.
    I placed my order on 26th August.
    I also used a referral code, and received the points.

    • i had mine received on 25th aug but it is not added to points balance yet (shown in orange). Also received $30 credit on the next day - still orange. Don't know what that means but it does say I would get $30 off my next shop.

    • Probably the delivery issues with all couriers these days including auspost

      • Mine was finally shipped 9 Sep (ordered 21 Aug). But I'm only getting one of the items I ordered; the other item was cancelled and refunded last week. So now my order total isn't enough for the 5000 bonus points, but it doesn't look like they're trying to take them back off my account.
