best Visa card at the moment?

Hi,

I'm in the market for a visa card at the moment as I notice a lot of the bargains around are for holders of a visa card (including early access to concert tickets)

I'm not really worried about which bank it is with. A decent interest rate / interest free period and no/low joining fee would be good. If there's any other perks, then that's an added bonus :)

So, please recommend me a visa card!

    28 degrees card is good. No annual fee and no charges for international transactions. Not that great of an interest rate tho :/

    Do the visa card deals include visa debit cards? If so, NAB have a free one with their classic banking transaction account which also has no monthly account keeping fees.
