  2) Any power modes? (High, Med, Low for example)
  3) Any water resistance/waterproofing?
  4) Any beam focusing? If not, is it flood or throw?

    For $1.50, I don't think you can expect too much.

    RE water resistance, I don't see any o-rings on the tailcap picture, so I think it would be safe to assume that they are not water resistant.

    If you're looking for a cheap flashlight, I'd go for this one from Meritline. Awesome little thrower that runs on 1xAA, though it's not waterproof due to the zoom function. Got mine for $7.99 from one of their daily sales.

      Oh you're right there and I don't really, it would just be nice to know.
      I've been wanting to get a few to stick near the front and back doors, I don't want to worry about if it's raining, if I have enough time to change a fuse, blind a douchebag, etc.

      I think I might just stick with the Tank007's.
