Wait till anyone tries their RA process, it will get even worse….
ie They ask you get get an RMA number from manufacturer then return to mwave with RMA info, they send all this to cisco or dealer. Once they have received a refund or replacement from vendor ie Cisco, only then do they pass that on to you.
Buying is only half the fun ;)

Apart from the router debacle MWave seem to delays shipments for your order by a few days for some reason
