Bit of a weird one, but eFax is offering a $25 Uber Eats voucher to pharmacy industry staff (community, hospital, or corporate) in return for a 2-minute survey about how your organisation uses fax machine technology. I'm sure there are a few Ozbargainers who work in pharmacies that still use fax.
I completed the survey to check if vouchers remain available (they do) but did not claim one for myself as I no longer work in a pharmacy (I did, however, make extensive use of the fax machine while I was employed there!). No idea how many remain available, so get in quick. Please be respectful and do not abuse / defraud the offer if you do not meet the eligibility criteria listed in the T&Cs.
T&Cs: Vouchers are limited to the first 50 users completing the 2-minute survey. Users filling out the survey should be sending or receiving multiple faxes per day and are in charge of managing faxes in their organisation. Limited one per organisation. Excludes existing efax customers.
