DX prices are pretty normal now, you can get the same products from Asian vendors on eBay for cheaper. I only use them as a catalogue now.

      In my experience eBay is often cheaper (probably because of direct competition), but sometimes one of these sites has a better price. Many of them list on eBay.
      
      In any case, I prefer buying on eBay and paying through PayPal because of that little extra "buyer protection".

  Totally agree. Have been buying from DX for four years, but these days I can find the same item on eBay from Hong Kong vendors for the same or lower price, but - more importantly - it arrives much faster.

  Look at the video carefully, notice at 1:34 someone is walking out of a ePro office and alot of them are wearing ePro lanyards so guess the outsourced chinese mainlanders got the better of them especially during the long chinese new year holiday period… man my item was shipped after 1 month placing it, guess another 1 month for delivery..

Yeh I've placed my last order with DX. After taking 6 weeks to get my "AU Warehouse" Christmas lights to me despite charging $4 more for the privilege, and now taking over a month for my recent order I'll never use them again.

  My last 2 orders were accepted but then showed as "Unable to fulfil". Waited a while then sent email. No reply so lodged a dispute with Paypal. Since Chinese New Year and a change to their ordering software, their service has gone downhill. I too will not be ordering anymore from DX.

i bought something fro mdeal extreme 2 months ago, hasnt shown up. i emailed them asking about it and they sent me a generic email with a video about how theyre upgrading their warehouses admitting and excusing themselves for being super slow…. worst customer service i have experienced
