Looks dodgy to me - listing says must returned to a 3rd party repairer to be fixed if there are any issues? Neg for me - untill they confirm I can take to Apple. (is this a refurb?)

How about you message the seller and post back here when you have the facts. As your post here "looks dodgy to me"

Negged for "Your item will need to be returned to our Sydney service centre for repair arrangement and we will pay for the return postage fee)". One of the main reasons for purchasing Apple products is the after sales service.
