  Going to have to agree with @Hybroid on this one. There's enough Pokemon fans on OzB to shoot down poor offers.

  Taking a quick scan:
  - $11.99 for McDonalds packs that costed $2 a month ago and widely available is suspect (not part of this deal, but massive red flag).
  - Anniversary Venusaur at $40 ($32 with 20% off) is overpriced originally, and post discount it's still above market rates as at time of post ($25-$30)
  - Rest of anniversary range is about right post discount, but nothing special (80c for the celebration cards is again on the higher end of market rates)

      It's a bit of a non-answer but it depends.

      eBay is good as you can occasional find bargains but you have to be careful with sellers and images (make sure you're comfortable knowing exactly what you're getting).

      Facebook groups are good because usually sellers there have a reputation and you can see previous sales history to determine legitimacy, and more likely to be communicative and happy to provide additional photos.

      Local game stores are only good if you want that certainty of seeing the card in person, but happy to pay a premium for it.

      Online Stores like this are only good if they've got a established history of true descriptions and competitive prices.
