Quite a good deal, I paid about $60 for some RipJaws a few months ago and they aren't even as good as these.

RipJaws are better than HyperX j/s. HyperX's require more voltage = more heat = doesn't overclock as well. Also the timing is better (tighter) on the RipJaws.
If you're not interested in overclocking and you're just the regular user, then there's no difference between the two really.
