I think it would make a lot of people more comfortable if you had some more (any?) details about your company/business on your website, which looks more scant than the cover of a back issue of People magazine.

    • yes, we are putting more info as we speak.

Pretty much only one single product online now ( plus 2 monitors)

but aimming to put way more product in it, including technology and non technology products (cookware anyone?)

Let us know what else should be improve, we need more suggection on the website content.

  • That’s seriously a really good price lol

Not Great, but if you aren't comfortable with building, this is a great option

    • +2

So they should charge nothing for building?

He/she didn't say it was unfair or unreasonable, just that it wasn't great. This is OzBargain, people are looking for as much value as possible, and they've got to compete with the likes of Techfast and BPC.

        • True story.Given Techfast had a 3060ti deal in October for $1799 and the likelyhood of a better Black friday deal coming soon then i will be waiting to see what they do.This deal is decent but as you say,its OzBargain we want it cheapppp lol

  • is it possible to upgrade to 32G Ram and AIO cooler for CPU?

    • lots of options are in the page.

yes, can upgrade to 32GB and liquid cooler

  • good deal

  • FedEx to ensure fast and reliable
    .

Not recently, up to 2 week delay between depots.

Any chance the 3060ti can be upgraded to a mini version?

    • currently we only have the following in stock:
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Eagle OC 8GB Video Card - Rev 2.0 (Most of the stock)
ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Dual V2 Mini OC 8GB Video Card (only a few)

would you like to take the ASUS version of it?

It's an ongoing ozbargain joke, he wasn't serious

shipped the next day and arrived thursday. just set up all the software and am a very happy chappie!

    I bought this rig from Momo & JuJu late last week, once the money cleared it shipped and arrived the next day. Very happy with the shipping. I upgraded the CPU, Cooler (AORUS 240) and RAM to 32GB and this is where we ran into some issues with the post sale customer service;

    • Point 1 - They forgot to plug in / include the Micro-USB to USB header cable for the cooler. So whilst the cooler works (I think) I had no way to monitor or change its settings, temp, fan speed, pump speeds etc when I first advised them the display on the cooler wasn't working properly they just said it was a "Software issue" and offered no further help. I did all the investigating myself to discover the missing cable

    • Point 2 - The included MOBO, Gigabyte B550M AORUS ELITE AM4 Micro-ATX Motherboard, ONLY HAS ONE MOBO USB HEADER so in order for me to have the cooler working properly and have access to control the LED's in the case I have to have the LED's plugged into the USB Header on the mobo and have a regular micro USB cable going from the cooler, out the back of my case and into a regular rear side USB plug. I did not check compatibility with these components as I made the erroneous assumption that the PC store that was selling / building the computer with these available upgrade options had done their due diligence on the compatibility of these items.

    • Point 3 - I have been in contact with the store about these issues however they are yet to advise me how they are going to be remedied beyond sending me the missing micro USB - USB header cable.

Troubleshooting and diagnosing this problem has taken me about four hours as this is the first time I have used water cooling in a PC build. It is fortunate for me I have experience building PC's that I was able to recognise and diagnose this issue however if it were someone who was less knowledgeable they would have no idea that things weren't working the way they were supposed to.

At this stage I cannot recommend this store to other users, even with the money you might save on a build.

  • Sorry to hear your initial experience with your purchase DesertRunner. On the flip side the outcome has at least somewhat been satisfactory.. kudos to MomoJuJu.

I've recently purchased with the intention to pickup this weekend. Purchased Sunday night and the build was ready for pickup the following day. Communication has been great. What is the process of testing a build to see if its performing as it should?
