Bit of a weird question but does anyone know if the old free Apple earphone are still being made? Yeah, those that come free with your iPhone 3 or 4 back in the day.
My old one died and I heard that the new ones (currently selling on apple’s website) sound bad, though if they’re the same I will just cop it from the official website :)

I might have weird ears but these are the only type of earphones that are comfy for me when I use em for a long period of time. I’m down to try any suggestions though :D
If you're using them for long periods, have you considered going bluetooth? The Airpods (non pro) have a similar shape, and having no cables makes it that much more convenient.

why not just buy good quality 3.5mm earphones if you've heard that the new apple ones aren't good?

You can probably get them with an old ipod, as alot of em them are unused, but buying them genuine brand new would be difficult.

I use these to make the earphones I buy more comfortable and to blockout extraneous noise. You can get different style tips for different ear phones.

Just wondering if there's any reason in particular why you want these crappy Apple ones? There are much better sounding alternatives that would improve on the Apple earphones in every way, eg. Panasonic or Sony earphones.
