I have received an offer from an eBay seller for an item I already have in my cart. I am wondering if I accept the offer will I still be able to use the eBay coupon code to get additional discount.

From experience, eBay coupons still apply after accepting an offer.
However, I have also found that it invalidates the eBay Plus status so if seller charges postage, you'll need to pay for it.
