  • Not too bad. But I would go with something like the Kindle Fire. 100 bucks more but would save you a possible headache…

  • Isn't his expired deal better spec'd device ($99 with calls and data). At least it comes with 3G, data and calls credit to spend and custom roms tested to work with. Might still be able to find one for the price.

    Unless I am missing something,

This tablet has no details listed: No proccessor, no ram. Type of touchscreen is not even listed - We don't know if it is capacative/multitouch or resitive, or the tablet has market access.

According to the picture, it has a Ipad style theme and all on screen buttons for volume, home and back. For a Android 2.X device, lack of physical buttons will not give the best user experience.

Personally, I would recommend against buying this.

but dude, it has an RJ45 USB connector!

      • So you need to prepare a very long LAN cable to be mobile

Based on the picture and the style of this "tablet". It looks to be a generic chinese tablet using the Via processor which absolutely sucks donkeys balls.

    Note: http://www.dealextreme.com/p/7-0-resistive-android-2-2-table…

Does this look familiar? Also, please don't say this has a new version of android therefore is is different. No. It's just a variant with same base specs. NEGGGG. This is a bad price for a craplet. The way things are going these should only sell for around the $60 mark.

  • hmm… another of those deals that might end up selling in Ebay for Half the price of Purchase after few days of trying and regrets.

Any tablet under $130 = Digital Photo display only :)

My apology for commenting out of my personal experience with those kind of tablets.

    • Consider fixing it into your car as a awesome head unit (audio device needs an underlying aux input though). :P

Even ignoring the complete lack of info on some of the most important aspects (i.e. touch screen type, processor, RAM, how you use Android 2.3 without hardware buttons) as others have mentioned, I am not filled with confidence when the pictures presented of this Android 2.3 tablet have the standard Android 3/4 status bars apparently mated with an iPad desktop.

    • Pretty obvious when safari browser is in the toolbar… no deal

  • the site is vague on the specs.

    • besides, for $10 more you can get a better 7" tablet with capacitive screen, decent cpu and android 4.0 http://www.buyincoins.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&p…

      • Pretty awesome for just $10 more, especially since it can apparently play Infinity Blade (an iOS-exclusive game) ;)

Sometimes I wonder how many people fall for these "screenshots".

  • Specs are vague and hardly a deal considering it's generic.

  • Value $199 You Save $110 (55%) lol $199

  • Dont buy this its total crap.

  • LOL.

  • Well I can't seem to find the brand name, and looking at the pictures IMO it looks like the same one Big W had a while back for $50. The panel looks the same, and the picture of the adaptor is exactly the same. http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/59354
I bit the bullet and bought the Pioneer Dreambook just to see if I would have any use for it. Well, I didn't use it alright, the screen was horrible to use, ended up getting my money back on ebay.
But to clarify, I can't see the brand name that Cudo are advertising (feel free to tell me), but it looks like the dreaded Dreambook IMO…

  • You get what you pay for with tablets. And $89 doesn't give you a lot.
