    It's a shame they stopped putting [Solv-X]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quink) into their ink. I used to find Quink very handy for flushing out pens that had stubborn ink flow issues. Otherwise, it's now just a less expensive but capable ink, and relatively well-behaved (despite a somewhat unexciting colour range). Note the cartridges will only work in Parker pens, they're not a universal fit. However, keep them when they're empty and flush them out with water, then use a syringe to refill them with another brand that has a better colour palette..

      • Indeed. It's cheap and works well in almost every fountain pen, so if you're happy with a choice of only blue, black, or blue-black then I highly rate it.

    am not a fan of this brand of ink - looks ok as you write but when it dries on the page it looks bland and watered down
