    … so whats it for?

"Our range of products has helped many thousands of people to pass pre-employment medicals and Drug & Alcohol tests."

You guys in the drug trade?

    • … so whats it for?

      Mother's Day

    • its a growing media, mostly used in aquaponics and hydroponics…… often used to grow teh sticky icky, hence the "drug and alcohol test" stuff :D

given that it's on a site is drug related i would guess it is for growing your own drugs hydroponically

      • Fwiw, I used grew a mammoth tomato plant using hydroton in a hydroponics outfit many years ago! Brother in law at the time remarked that I would be rich if I were growing the green LOL

Hey @Joedingy, No!… we're not in the drug trade you Spanker, they're called detox products, chemists and health stores sell the exact same products.
As far as the special is concerned, you've proven you don't know what Expanded clay is, or what it's used for, so consequently don't know what constitutes good value when buying it… but leave me a negative because I also sell detox products… you're a bigger Kn-b jockey and Oxygen thief than that @Geewhiz loser!!!

Kind Regards, nwboy69… you have a nice day now!

"Hydroton is manufactured specifically for hydroponic cultivation. It holds water extremely well and transmits it effectively to the plant roots. Hydroton is pH stabilized and releases practically no minerals into the nutrient stream; in other words Hydroton is almost completely inert – except for offering excellent moisture and oxygen capacity to stimulate healthy root development."

  • Hydrostore in Woolongong sells 50Lt bag for $30ea, and you can buy in single quantities with free pick up.

5x50Lt bags, is a lot of clay balls and I believe 50Lt is a 15Kg bag, so its going to be difficult to move.

You would only buy this deal if you are a large hydroponics grower, or if you plan on reselling.

Im looking to buy Clayballs, but will only require 10Lt or 25 Lt.

Available in plenty of places for around $30 for a single bag, with no need to spend $165 to get it for that price.

      No bargain here.

      • @Crownanchor… the ad says "in-store" in Perth WA. Between Wonglgong and Perth there is 4000k's of road and about $350+ per pallet for frieght. You won't find a hydro store in Perth selling them for anywhere near $30 as a regular price… they are up to $50, and $60 PER BAG FROM BUNNINGS!!!…
and @Geewhizz, so I'm selling it $27, or nearly 50% cheaper than Bunnings and you give me a negative… Kn-b jockey!

        • Your a little sensetive to any form of negativity. My post above just states a few facts and as i live in Syd your deal is not practical or for the majority of OzBargainers.

$33 is a good deal if it is purchasable in 50lt quantities.

This deal maybe better posted on a hydroponics site.

  • Do you find calling people kn_b jockey's helps push business?

I don't care!… people that leave negatives even after they've demonstrated they have no knowledge of the product, it's worth, or a need for the product… aren't going to buy from me anyway!
P.S. Kyle Sandilands has said far, far worse numerous times… and as of yesterday was stil the No:1 rated radio jock in the country!

  • Sounded like a good deal to me so I grabbed 20 bags this morning. Usually sells for $40/bag elsewhere.
