All you need to do is complete the returns form on our website and call our friends at Toll, who will arrange a time to collect the item, free of charge. Easy!
+2 votesHi..ordered on your site and having trouble returning some shirts as it did not fit. Rang up Toll and was advised The Men Shop doesn't have an account. Rang the site up and was told "they are in the process of getting an account and would let me know". Still no call back. Package still sits here and yet to be picked up. Please do not advertise or promote services that you CAN NOT offer! Very disappointed.

Understandable Smank, however, just so you know - whilst some of these shirts do not have this option available, the Van Heusen Easy Care range does have customisable collar and sleeve length. They are available as a part of this deal.
Also, many of our other brands shirts have this option available, and you can certainly use your free $50 towards them! as long as your initial purchase value $150 of course.

I can personally vouch for them, they are brilliant for travellers, and bought a few in Myer a few years back.They aren't completely wrinkle resistant, but all they need is a little bit of steam (hang them in the bathroom when you have a shower in a hotel, and the wrinkles disappear.

-1 voteVan Heusen have gotten a lot better in the last few years but they're still pretty daggy.
Do they still have that silky feel? Not silky like a good quality cotton, but silky like there's too much polyester in the blend.
Don't Myer regularly sell them for $25-30 anyway?

think i found a bug in your website:
just after registering, if i click on the banner for the promo, it takes me to the following URL:

as you can see it lists a whole lot of calvin klein shirts, which is not part of the promo and therefore misleading
if you click on the banner again it then takes you to the correct url which lists only the van heusen shirts

This is only a generic fit guide for your info, Van Heusen Studio range is similar to the Van Heusen EURO fit, It's is a semi-fit shirt, there is only one sleeve length in the Studio range,a regular 90.
There are other sleeve length combinations though on the other shirts on the site if this is an issue for you. Remember with our free returns you can choose a couple of sizes and then return what doesn't fit you, so no issues.

Looks good, love the brand (Great if you are skinny prick like me).
Do you accept returns if they don't fit (i have tried them on before, and am pretty sure it will fit, but i hate the idea of getting heaps of shirts that just don't fit).
(or exchange would do)
