  Terribly sorry to hear that.
  I wish they made it clearer about how it works on the banner. I did a bit digging on Sydney Tools and Zip app as well, but unfortunately no extra info available for this offer.
  
  I suspect there is a minimum spend to trigger it, but don't know how much. I just updated the post to reflect that.
