Was searching for a fan + purifier combo and came across this deal

General sentiment here is that dyson is over priced but posting just in case someone thinks its a good deal :)

    Bought one to try the air filter. Pretty protected with Costco's generous returns policy.

      How strong is the fan function? I've been disappointed in the strength of other brands bladeless technology.

        It reviews reasonably well, but is very expensive just for the fan function. Only makes sense as it looks ok and kills two birds with one stone if you need can and purifier.

        Shit compared to a $20 Kmart fan, heaps of comparisons.

        But if you want something that looks like a $800 fan in your house buy this otherwise buy a Kmart fan

    Would love to hear peoples thoughts on this - I’m on the fence about buying one.

    Love it connnects with home assistant, and it purifies but it’s $$$$$&

      Got this during the black Friday specials last year for $549. Kind of disappointed to be honest. The fan output is mediocre at best and it's much louder than your regular pedestal fan. Unless you live in a dust bowl, the purifier function is more of a gimmick than anything else. Overall 2 out of 5 stars from me.
