Well the price is good… not sure about the seller.
    Personally hate my mark 3s

FYI these sound better with AutoEq set up in the Wavelet app (on Android).

    • I think these just need a bump on frequencies >9000hz. autoeq makes the vocals bit too thin imo

    • are there any other (free) wavelet alternatives for iOS?

how they manage to get 100% with over 10k feedbacks especially with cheap electronics? is that statistically possible?

    • Ebay can remove negative reviews if the seller requests it.

      • +1

nope you can't. you have buyers leaving negatives just because they didn't like the product or a missing parcel even if you replace/ refund it which is impossible to remove.

        • You cant, ebay can.

          • @garetz: ebay don't remove those type of feedbacks because its part of the user experience. unless you got someone working from the inside that could go against their own feedback policy and remove it.

            • @Creamsoda: I have seen negative feedbacks removed, its their prerogative. Policy doesn't really mean anything. ebay does whatever ebay wants.

              • +2

@garetz: not on those grounds i've just mentioned. i used to run a ebay shop with over 1k feedbacks and its impossible to remove negs like those. all the big brands would of gotten perfect feedbacks if its like what you said.

                https://www.ebay.com.au/fdbk/feedback_profile/newbalance_off…

                • @Creamsoda: The sellers use eBay review process review to remove it. Mine was removed on flimsy grounds, and eBay refused to put it back even after admitting that removal was wrong. Seller used tricks like “Seller notes” to change item description after it was sold.

                  • @[Deactivated]: not sure what type of reviews you left that got removed but through my experience selling on ebay some negs cannot be removed no matter how many times you contact ebay and have the feed back reviewed. like i said previous, a buyer can leave a neg if they don't like the product even if a prompt refund was given.

To have over 10k with out a single neutral or neg is impossible, especially when they sell cheap electronics no matter how godly the customer service is.

              • @garetz: You can get certain ones removed if you challenge them. Probably anything to do with delivery times.

        • eBay have removed multiple of my negative reviews without even telling me. I asked them about it and they said it can’t be reinstated.

    • Brushing scams?

    • +4

Agreed. 3,544 positive reviews and zero netural and negative reviews in the last 12 months. Seems a bit dodgy.

    don't buy this, it's a terrible solution

    • it's a terrible solution

What is your best solution ?

      • 75t goes about $150 relatively frequently last year.

  • +1

Personally I wouldn't recommend buying these. I'm up to my 4th replacement for battery issues (new pair each time) Sony have been a real pain in the ass to deal with.

    • +2

What kind of battery issues? I've had a couple pairs and no issues. Seems impossible to go through 4 faulty ones.

      • You'd think so aye!
Battery life lasting appx 90 mins when it's supposed to be at least 5 hours. I run them full quality, but around 50% volume.
The first pair lasted almost a year with reasonable battery, but then each replacement pair has descended quick or just been at that mark almost straight away. I think the added LDAC functionality might have been what has tanked the battery life, or the quality of the batteries they are using has gone down.

        • Is it a problem with the Bluetooth module/processing in your device? Turn off DSEE HX if it's on.

    • +1

you can open these up and replace the battery

      • Yeah I'm not keen and shouldn't have to. Compared to my WH1000XM3s that just work and have done so for the last few years. That what I expect and is why we are covered by the ACCC

  • Can you sleep in these ? The Bose sleep buds are twice the price….

    • +2

Nope. These things stick out so far

    • +3

Mate. They're way too small for a grown human to sleep in them.

  • Worst electronics item I have bought in many many years. Noise cancelling is terrible and that is if it can keep a good connection. With my phone in my pocket the bluetooth keeps dropping out. Beware!

  • +2

I bought the wf1000xm4s from these guys the last time there was a deal and it was arrived within 4-5 days of the purchasing date. Not sure about anyone else's experience, but I can vouch for these guys.

  • +1

I bought my wife these for Christmas. She loves them….and me now.

  • Bought these one for 100$. YouTube reviews seems good. No wireless charging and no noise cancelation.

$100 is prob expensive. Can go as low as $85 if you wait.

I don't get why I got negged badly, a lot of people here agreed with me on this not being good compared to others

  • Back in Stock.

  • +1

Ive owned a pair for a year or two now. Would not recommend. Sennheiser TW2 are significantly better.

    • for twice the price?

      • +1

Mine was $230 from amazon, so yeah certainly more expensive.

But even at the $150 price i still wouldnt be buying these. Mine sit in a drawer unused.
