          What annoys me is that I got chips on my second game, but didn't bother to claim it because I figured that if I could get chips so easily, I didn't want to claim them and end up being locked out of winning a different prize.

          I didn't realise at the time how many BOGOF offers there are, and how rare the chips are.

        the email is sent to you before the barcode is even generated.
        Mine took about 20mins before the image appeared.

    i logged with fb, but whenever i win it just says "Winner log in with facebook to win great prizes or keep playing just for the sport of it" and then there is just a "play again" button.

      I load up the page, log in and then i Win about 20 times and it all it says is,
      "WINNER! Login using Facebook [Which I am already logged in] To Win Great Prizes Or Keep Playing For The Sport Of It!"
      Im Have tried using IE and Chrome.

        did you login to facebook on the game page?

        you could try a different Internet browser, try either firefox or opera i played it with both of them and i was able to win some prizes.

      Tried Opera, Whinges about flash not being installed.
      Try to install flash, and it recommends that I get chrome included with the flash player download. LOL.
      Now after the install, it runs, but get the same symptoms (unclickable buttons, or missing players faces)

    Okay, I played 35 times in both Chrome and IE and nothing. Kept saying "Log into Facebook to win prizes" despite the fact that I was logged in and it was recording my score in the Facebook section at the top and showing my profile pic. This is also ignoring all the technical issues with this site as mention by many people.

    This is a competition, not a bargain.
