        While it is of course personal preference and also based on the grind and machine, I've tried all the ALDI varieties and find AIRJO to be significantly better.

        You are comparing an overripe banana to a fresh mango. Coffee is a personal choice , this is a great price. Just because you are price conscious and are happy with Aldi beans ( no problem there) don't neg a company that brings a fresh quality superior product at a higher price that others know is a great deal. Keep up the great team

              If you are keeping the good stuff for yourself however, we recommend storing either in our resealable bag or another airtight container in a cool dark place. Like a lower kitchen cupboard that doesn’t get Sun.

        Personally I'd rate them higher. Campos is fantastic if you get them directly from Campos.

        If you get Campos from Woolworths, they might be a little older, but still pretty good.

      I would sit tight with that Stock Harry and enjoy it.
      We have fairly regular deals so when you are ready again check you emails for the latest offer or hit me up.

      We always recommend small fresh batches that you will go through in a week or 3.

          Generally need to keep them away from heat, light and air. Our resealable bags are great and stored in a lower dark cupboard out of direct sunlight will be best.

    I have only tried the Enterprise from airjo so far, how does this compare to it? From the chart and comments here it appears to be weaker in taste?

      Hey there Andy and thanks for your question. This is a great blend that you can extract a little longer than the enterprise and pull a fabulous strong shot. It’s roasted a little lighter than the Enterprise and has some great earthy flavour elements as a black coffee and holds up well with milk.

          Hey darkly. Understand. The beans certainly shouldn’t be stale after 4 weeks. Not quite as awesome as fresh but not stale.
          We recommend keeping your brand in a dark, cool place in an airtight container our our resealable coffee bag. You should still have very good coffee by the end of the bag. Even for a slow user 🙂

          As above, we have no plans to change the bag options.

      Our experience is the freezer is as effective as a cool dark place but no better. If you cannot find a place that’s consistently cool and dark (which can be difficult depending where you live) freezer or fridge is good.

    The fact that 1/2 kilo bags are 5$ more compared to 1 kilo bags kills the deal for me. I prefer 1/2 enterprise and 1/2 sumartra and buying this way makes it close to 40$ a kilo even when both are on deal. Not a fan of buying a kilo of each and freezing them.
