I've bought over 100 vouchers, had a few minor problems, but having real hassles wth this one.
Bought in late Feb, expires May 9th.
Tried booking several times in late march, phone ring out. Then it gets to a message "Closedfor renovation until April 12"
Since then only getting phone ring out or engaged. Tried over 20x.
Anyone else have any luck with making a booking?
What's the refund policy if you can't even get to speak to the vendor?
Just got a reply from OurDea that confirms DOZO has ceased trading and a full refund being issued.
