Do yourself a favour and spend a bit more on eneloop, or if you have ikea nearby buy it from there. These will drain like a leaky cauldron and die in no time.

They'll probably still leak somehow >_<

  • Yeah we should all try to use rechargeable batteries. Otherwise I think catch has these much cheaper today.

these are rechargable - take some time to read, 5 or 10"?

I know mate. I was just encouraging people to use them.

  • Buy rechargeable (Eneloops or IKEA) and be a better human

You too: these are rechargable - take some time to read, 5 or 10"?

You really need to work out the purpose of what you read. No one has said these are not rechargeable. You are the only one reading that interpretation. People are commending the use of rechargeable batteries.

      • I didn't say they weren't rechargeable?

        Take some time to read.

Although I do believe that the quality of Eneloops and IKEA is superior to these Duracell (and energizer)

  • These look the same as their alkaline batteries, so they're likely to be unintentionally thrown out when they go flat.

Don't buy these, buy batteries that make it obvious that they are rechargeable.

  • I miss the Aldi rechargables

before i learned of eneloops, i used to buy these quite a bit and charge them with the bundled dumb charger. most of those batteries have since died and only a handful are still somewhat functional so they go in my solar lights.
